Just got off the phone with my daughter..she got off work last nite at WSU at 5:00pm..she had a flat but couldnt get her jack to work..called the campus security for help..they called Wichita Police.. they called a road service to come help her..after the tire was changed they charged her 45 bucks..then gave her they're card and said next time call us because the Wichita Police Dept. gets 25 of the 45 bucks we get for a service charge...plus the cop sat there and watched and never offered any help...CHEEZY.......................
