I wish Bell would stop rotating starters. He should just go with the hot hands. I would much rather see Reggie and Buck out there instead of Brown and LaRue.

There should be a fine for striking out with the bases loaded.

Thats my beef with Bell also. I knew the jackass would put in brown and larue today.... Its almost as if he was trying to get us to lose last night by taking reggie out right after he jacked that bomb to left... Gawd damn i hate buddy bell

I would doubt it, he'd have to hit with a lot more power to get voted ahead of the other AL OF's. Small market squad players have to be really good to win those spots.

Likely the AL manager will want a starter (Meche?) or a RP (?Soria) or get this, a C (John Buck) if he hits close to his current rate. Or maybe they'll just undeservingly give it to Sweeney like they usually do.

Day off on a day game after a night game! Every single time.

I don't have a problem with the catcher thing, that's a traditional manager move on a day game after a night game, and it makes sense, I'd do the same thing. Reggie needs to get in the lineup more though.

We gave up 16 hits so far. John Buck and Reggie Sanders don't change that.

But they'd help by not striking out 3 times, and going 0-4 with runners in scoring position...

We are also just two runs down. The guys hitting .400+ instead of .130 might help us out in the run scoring department.

Guess I have to disagree. I think throwing Neil whatever his name is in the game with a 1 run lead was the bonehead move of the day.

I don't want to see Reggie play more than once a month, if at all possible. The more he's in there, the more likely he gets injured. Helping us win 3-4 more games here and there won't mean a whole lot if he's hurt and we can't trade him.

I don't know that I disagree with the first part of your post, but wouldn't Reggie have to have some numbers to generate decent trade value?

I feel the same about Peralta...this guy is a waste and seems to be Bell's favorite :shake:
