My son and I are going to the Chiefs draft party for the first time. It is at the Chiefs practice facility but I have no idea how to get there. I'll be coming from IA on I-35. Can someone give me turn-by-turn from there?

do you know how to get to the stadium itself? if so, which way to you come in from? the front or back of the stadium?

We always go Sportz Nutz first and then go North until we make that left turn to go to the stadium. I know that doesn't help much.

The sports complex is right by the junction of I-435 and I-70. You can't miss it.

It was a cool atmosphere to watch DJ get drafted.. we had just signed Surtain and he was there..... It would have gotten messy had we not drafted Johnson though, with all the heads exploding and stuff.

Anyway, Google helps a lot with these kinds of things...

I think I parked in H, and the practice facility is to the West of H (?)... I just followed other cars once I got there :shrug:

You probably parked in lot F. The facility is just west of there.

From SportsNutz you are actually heading west on 40 hwy if you are turning left. But that's the best way to go. As you go down the road, and then turn into the parking lot, you will see the facility on the right (Big building with the logo on the top). Just head toward it, I'm sure you will figure out how to get to it once you see it.

Practice Facility is in the southwest corner of the Sports Complex. You cant really miss it, its the big metal building.
