I thought I’d just get this out of the way. It doesn’t matter who we pick, the press will always give us a bad grade.

Chiefs: D+

The Chiefs once again ignored their biggest need at wide receiver and instead drafted __________.

I pray to God that we go with a defensive player or OT in the first round.

Yep, same every year. The mock draft people look at our roster on Madden '0x, see that our WR are rated low, and pick us to draft one of them. Then we don't and they give us a D.

Agreed.

If you don't match our mock draft, you s#ck.
D.

It's even worse than that.

If we traded our entire draft for Calvin Johnson, they'd write that "Chiefs got a solid WR in Johnson, but failed to address glaring needs at other positions. Grade: D."

BTW, I don't give a shit what they write. Besides, when you win one playoff game in 13 years, nobody's gonna cut you any slack.

Hopefully, that is going to be your FFL draft grade this year and not the Chiefs.:D

I might trade you LJ for Bush.

I'm in the Grubbs/Staley camp.

People who state "the Chiefs ignored WR again" are the same idiots who state "the Chiefs have many needs and could go in many directions".

We've got needs at so many positions due to past draft screw ups we're in a no win situation. If we can get two reliable startes out of this draft, I'll be more content than not. We need to rebuild our lines, though, first and foremost, as that's where I see the game won and lost.
