The original Irish step dancing is not gay, just find a real Irishman and see what he says. Preferably after he's had a pint or five.

Yes. We used to have a show here in vegas called "Lord of the Dance" based on riverdance. It was horribly long and dull. We called it 'Bored of the Fags"

This forum is full of close-minded, over-macho neanderthals with little appreciation for high society, luv. Some of them even scoffed at the theatrical perfection that is Phantom of the Opera. The NERVE of some people! Why, it popped my monocle right out. http://img145.imageshack.us/img145/4792/monoclesm1.gif (http://imageshack.us)

Wait, take that back. Wicked is the most overrated musical. Ever. Then Phantom.

Andrew Lloyd Webber couldn't hold Steven Sondheim's jock.

I know all about cultured high society. Phantom and Riverdance are NOT part of high society.

I went and found it to be about half gay, half badass. Some of the stuff was very cool, but some of it was super sappy. That's how most musicals usually strike me. I just don't get into the sappy show tune, Beauty and Beast, type crap.

I didn't realize that the Phantom of the Opera was a musical.GoChiefs mentioned "theatrical production". Thus, the musical, not the book.

Don't even get me started about the piece of shit that was the Phantom movie based on the musical. I wanted to chop off my ears with an adz after that horrific presentation.

No. No, I don't. The fact that I very obviously didn't go to a ballet last weekend should let you know the answer to that question. CAUSE I DON'T SWING THAT WAY!!!!! LMAO

It is sad that their centerpiece solo is stolen from 'Fish Heads'

"Fish heads, fish heads, roly-poly fish heads."
"Night time sharpens, heightens each sensation."
