I don't think the work is done completely. May be the reason it looks ghoulish...

But, if you want a portrait, make sure the MF'er doing it has atleast alittle bit of talent with it.

That's what I was thinking. They do draw these things out before they put the outline on. They couldn't look at that and see that it looked like crap?

That's not lettering, it's red marker. The tattoo is not completed.

Should have had the gal from miami ink do the job. A buddy of mine had his baby girl done by her. I think her name is katt, but it looks like a photo copy of the picture that she used to do the tatoo.

I wonder if the storefront sign "no talent ass clown tattoo parlor." gave him pause.

10 seconds after receiving the tat, the guy hears "Oh, I'm not a licensed tatoo artist... but, I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night".

I don't have any tattoos, probably wouldn't get one, but just a general question for men who have them. Why all the skulls and stuff?

I sold drawings in college to a guy whose legal first name was "hamburger". He wanted me to start coming in and doing some tats. While the idea of putting tweaty birds mowing the lawn for so-hos was appealing.....I didn't do it because I was AFRAID I'd have an off day and do something like this tatoo to someone.

Well, I just meant that although I wouldn't do it, I can see people getting things that are significant to them. Like, your father's name, your kid's name, your favorite sports team's logo or whatever. But why the skulls and fire and things like that?

I'd be interested in seeing some of your drawings. Between your writing ability and your art (assuming you're any good), you should have done comic strips or graphic novels.

Cool stuff. I imagine there would be a nice, widespread market for that type of art. People love western influenced stuff. For some reason, I was expecting a cartoon of a guy on the crapper saying something funny.

Well @75.00 per hour I currently have 5 hrs into the sleeve. I need about 3 more hrs. to finish it. So the cost will tally 600.00.
