Said he's "insulted" that the Chiefs were willing to accept only a conditional 7th for him ... says he's worth "at least a 5th."
Says "that's how Carl does things" and that the team is going with young guys like Medlock who are "naive" about the NFL.
Said he enjoyed his stay in KC, loved the fans and the city, but that Herm "didn't support him" the way "past coaches" did (I took that as a reference to Vermeil). Said even when DV was ripping him in the papers, he still gave him that cockeyed smile and a pat on the back at practice. Said Herm "stopped talking" to him after he shanked the FG attempt in Indy.
