A good friend of mine who is a Penn State fan claims that PSU has NEVER violated any NCAA rules no matter how small (a typical PSU fan stance). I am insisting that all schools violate something at some point because of how numerous and ridiculous those rules are, but I'm having trouble finding the proof. Anyone know of a website that posts self-reporting of violations? He can't be right can he?

Arguing with a die hard PSU fan is an exercise in futility. Trust me.

Yes, I know, I've lived an hour from Happy Valley for 13 years. I just know I'm right. The point is not that they have had major infractions, I know they haven't. My point is that EVERY program commits even minor infractions because the rules or retarded.

The off campus brawl that some of these players were involved in should could be considered an infraction.

It's not if.... it's when.
