Marty? NO Freaking way.. Perennial loser when it counts..
DV? NO Freaking way.. To loyal! That cost him a shot at the super bowl with GROB....
Someone else? Sure couldn't get worse?
Carl needs shot. His 5 year plan is pretty over due...

Second thought, If dick was our GM, we'd have a shitload of Ryan Simms! That's the key to success! AND We could trade LJ to get the orignal Simms back because our D is gonna suck without him!

It's okay, Carl still loves your money
I say we make Lane Kiffin our new G.M. after this season. I mean, he must be super good to get the Raiders job that young, right?

If hiring a new GM would guarantee a Super Bowl it would be good to do, what you have to figure is that nothing is for sure.
I want to see the Chiefs running in high gear for a few years running and creating the standard for other teams to emulate. I don't see the foresight in the organization to ever do that, some thing has to change. I personally don't think that CP is the key to change, but I also don't think the time is right to strip the organization of it's leadership.

Marty as GM might not be so bad. Evaluate talent and set the tone for the organization. Get a HC that is currently an OC with good play calling skills and hire a solid DC to be Assistant Head Coach: Defense. It might work. That would probably be better than what you have now and DV as GM would be a nightmare.

You left the "Your And Idiot" option off your poll.
I think CP takes a lesser role in the team operations and sticks to CEO or president or something. Kuharich ,the head of pro personnel, seems like he could make a good GM.
