Honestly, I don't know how you could possibly judge Q by the city.

I know I use some techniques that are probably more Texas style.

I know the Carolinas use mustard sauces and Texas uses a little more spice, but smoke is smoke. I don't even put a sauce on 90% of the time.

If I remember right, the judges were "California cowboys". Yeah, I'm paying attention. :rolleyes:
