TMZ has learned that Paris Hilton DID have to undergo a cavity search as part of the booking process at the jail.

The NY Post reported this morning that Paris was not required to undergo the customary 'bend over and cough' search for contraband upon checking in to jail. Not true!

TMZ has learned that Paris was forced to endure the "search." Humiliation at its finest!

No word on if they found anything during the exploration.

So, this is what I got from the CNN story: she was refusing to eat jail food.

I'm busy today but out of the goodness of my heart I'll translate this for everybody. Paris did not want to be jail so she went on a "hunger strike" the jail system bought so they changed her sentence to house arrest where, although she is still confined to her house NOT her property (SEE Martha Stewart) she can still have parties (as long as SHE stays in her house) and does not have the regimented schedule as she would if she was in jail.

If I were a judge my conditions for home arrest would be no cable, no internet, and one would have to have potential guests approved by one's probabtion officer who would supervise the guest's visit (this would probably eliminate or greatly reduce parties).

Still, in my absence, I missed a lot of important news on the Chiefs and the void in my life caused by the lack of Mr. Baby Lee's counsel has proven to be somewhat problematic as well. She got released becuase of a hunger strike. I mean, what the f**k? If she wants to go on a hunger strike, then go right the f**k ahead. She dies, it's nobody's fault but herself becuase she brought that to herself. If it's just a mental breakdown, then, "Boo ****ing hoo."

Cutting a celebrity's sentence from 45 days to 3, is setting a terrible example than anything she's doing herself. It's a f**king disgrace! If you're gonna make an example of her, follow it through. The way they did it actually only perpetuated the notion that the mega-rich can do what they want, and it's making me f**king sick of it.

It's our overwhelming "celebrity culture" and since California is the epicenter of that, it just makes it worse.

If I was rich and famous (and being pretty doesn't hurt, either) in California, I could...

- Violate my probation and serve 3 days.

- Kill my wife and her boyfriend and be acquitted.

- Run for Governor on the sole platform of "reciting popular catchphrases from my movies in front of screaming crowds" and get elected.

- Have a drug problem and then be in, then out, then in, then out, then in, then out, then in, then out of rehab again in the span of 8 weeks

- Endanger my child and not have him/her taken away from me (several cases of this)

Seriously, what the hell is the problem here?

The excuses just keep coming...1) Hunger Strike...2) Overcrowding...3) A severe "rash" LOL.

This thing reaks to High Heaven. If its because of not eating, i'd bet my car her lawyers cooked it up, knowing that they'd rather not strap her down & feed her intravenously, with all of the MEGA-HOOPLA that could create.

I (& prolly the rest of America) could have developed a small measure of respect for her if she'd just served her time & atleast acted contrite. But now i'm bordering on hate for that shallow, insipid little bitch. Why do good people like Kelsey have to die everyday & this utterly worthless c*nt is free to flaunt her immunity & stupidity???

I think the California legal system has come a long way. It used to be that you could kill someone or molest little boys repeatedly and walk away scott free. Now, they are giving 3 day sentences to celebrity criminals.
