god damned bipolar baseball team... Never seen such a turnaround, lol. They better not shank the next couple of games against the cardinals.

Well today Bell actually had the best lineup in, save for Teahen not in right.

I started watching in the 7th. 2 outs, runners on 2nd and 3rd, and German was up. But they pulled him for Alex Gordon, which probably tells you how badly German was hitting today.

The runner on third scores on a wild pitch and the runner on second moves to 3rd. Then the runner on 3rd scores on a wild pitch, and the bases are empty with Gordon just standing there. He flies out to center to end the inning.

Then the Royals bat around in the 8th, and Gordon comes up again with 2 out and 2 on. This time he doubles and both runs score.

If they counted runners scoring on wild pitches to your RBI total, Gordon would have had half of his RBI production for the entire season in just the two innings he's played in today's game. That's the kind of day it's been for the Royals.

Today's Lineup
3B - German
CF - DeJesus
2B - Gruz
DH - Sweeney
RF - Brown
C - Buck
1B - Shealy
SS - Pena
LF - Gathright

Put Teahen in for Brown and that is what the Royals should roll with for a while.

Pena got his first homer of the season also. I truly am loving what that guy has done for us this season. Defensively, hes been really stout, except for a little bit earlier in the season with the errors, but hes been really good since. and hitting consistently starting in all but what, 2 games this season. He's getting the batting average up there, slowly but surely.

let's just hope that this actually gets them to start hitting finally.

Greinke also had five strikeouts in two innings of relief.

I was there today. Great time. Grudz had a great day, so did Peņa on offense and defense. Greinke was lights out, Ryan Howard stuck out four times and hit a ball to Pluto. Pic of DeJesus first AB attached, this is what my view was today from the Crown Seats.

It would have been 34-0 if not for Buddy Bell
