Or anyone interesed in some kick ass land for sale up in Northern California? Its 5 acres in Shingle Town, which is basically becoming the No Cal Big Bear-Lake Arrowhead area (Just north of Redding Ca). The land is already approved and zoned for anything, except building permits. Other than that, you could build a big ass house, hotel & spa, card room etc... This area is booming and becoming very affluent.
