Just heard this on the radio, Mr. OnTheWarpath58.

I know that a person is assumed innocent until proven guilty, but I have a feeling that PacYourThingsMan is surrounded by ghosts and may well be stuck in that upper-right corner from which there is no easy escape.

In a hypothetical case, it could be saying, "Shoot that guy."

Under Nevada’s coercion statute, NRS 207.190, commission of an act of coercion using physical force, or using an immediate threat of physical force, constitutes a felony.

Nice and tidy but we know thats never the case. Court of public opinion starts to form on the reciept of any news.

Sure, a court of law should be innocent until proven guilty but public opinion? and for celebrities/athletes?

Publicity is a dual edged sword and Pacman has been sentenced to hang in the court of public opinion. He's becoming the poster child for boorish/spoiled behaviour.

what a dipshit. I liked what Terrel said on NFL tonight yesterday. "Take the party to your house. You can bring whatever you want and it's all your friends there, build a bowling alley with all the money you have."

the finishing touch should have been to make a room with several stripper poles, but he did not go that route.

Some of these guys simply refuse to shape up, get rid of all of them (problem kids) for good & the rest just might get the message.

Just like that backup RB for the bungles, inmate #10. Refusing to leave a bar when asked to by the police???...after all the bungles have been through???

Even if the cop was wrong, a smart man says to himself..."look at all the problems my team has had lately & how much pressure this is putting on my coach...should i 'show out' for my boys or play it safe & go, i think i'll go".

Goodell cant be strict enough for me.

Well his $$$ is about to run dry and they wont care how many games you played in the NFL... In Jail they only care about how many INT's your ass can take...

Just when you think the guy can't get any stupider, he raises the bar.

Isn't this the incident that got him suspended in the first place? Now there are just official charges.
