New? Not used right? OK, is it total wood or part partical board? Did you check that? Under the drawers is partical board I am sure. Not a bad buy..IMO a tad high tho. Enjoy if you buy it.

Pretty high for "Garage Sales of America", I think you can get all that stuff for $888.00.

Great price if all wood, average if half and half..

If you love it. No, not at all.

Is that the best price they've given? Most furniture places haggle. I used to spend that kind of money (and more) on furniture. My last couple furniture purchases have been of the used variety. If you shop around, you can find some really nice, gently used stuff and save yourself enough money to buy a 50" flat panel.

Yes.

It's too much.

Hell, I wouldn't pay that much for a car, much less furniture.

Well normally I'd say it's too much, but when you put it in caps like that... it changes everything.

Is it 48 dollars or 4,800 dollars?

It would also be helpful to know what brand of furniture and the brand and model of mattress.

Sounds like you're trying to make your room look like a room at The Sheraton. NTTAWWT.
Furniture is X-pensive. It is also one of the most marked-up things you can buy. Check the construction. I'm sure it's better than friggin West Elm/PB crap out there.

I was watching Antiques Road Show the other day, and they priced an armoire at $75,000. Just the armoire - no bed, no mattress and box springs, no dresser, and no end tables.

And get this: it was used.

I hope someday I am so rich that I can afford to spend $5,000 on bedroom furniture

Have two hitmen use your garage to wash the brains out of their car. A guy called The Wolf will show up and offer to buy you a whole oak bedroom set.
