You never saw the movie then.

This was the movie intro from when it was first in theaters.

Yes, it was a movie before it was a tv show. The Gil Gerard version at least.

Kind of like a poor-man's Bond intro.

Probably better if I was stoned.

For those with $25 bucks to spend on nostalgia...

There is one hell of a consumer review on the page too.

The one that had that intro in it, while in the theaters. DUH. March 1979 if I remember right.

Thanks for the flashback. ROFL

Anybody remember this 70's block of cheddar? I was reminded of it by "The Astronaut Farmer".

Happy to be of service. :)

There's a usenet posting of the Series Pilot in the alt.binaries.multimedia.scifi newsgroup.

Here's a zipped NZB file to pull it down. It was posted on 6-8-07 by "Junkman", and should still be on most premium usenet servers.

Not sure exactly what I'm referring to? This should help:

Enjoy.

However the gang from Buck Rogers has not aged well....(Left to Right: Felix Silla (Twiki), Gil Gerard, and Erin Gray .)

I assume the guy on the end is the person who posted the photo to the net.

It seems poor ol' Gil isn't just having a rough time in Springfield.
