I will get to see how the other half lives. I transfer to 1st shift Monday. I have been working 3p-1:30a for the past 3 years. I haven't worked 1st shift for any length of time in 10 years. My son is 8 and he wants to get into some kind of martial arts. Plus, he likes baseball and soccer. This stuff would be impossible for me to attend with him with my current schedule.

Congratulations! Must have been tuff to stick it out that long?Well, I just got used to it. I don't mind working these hours at all. The problem started a year ago when my son started to complain about not seeing me as often as he would like. He's thrilled.
