A commenter on my site posted this picture of Jared Allen's autograph on his friend's DUI ticket.

If somebody else wouldn't mind uploading the picture, that would be fantastic. Thanks.

I see the ticket was 2005.

I wonder if he was just practicing?

Wasn't recent, date was 11-12-05.

Allen is all class. Clearly, he's deeply remorseful for his actions.

When was his first KC DUI?

AOL Fanhouse picked this up and one commenter said this:

"He signed that at the Peanut in Shawnee Kansas on October 28th."

This is the second or third time this thing has surfaced here.

You know guys, before bashing JA, we might want to consider the validity of this.....

There's quite a few of us here who could pull off similar or better results on Photoshop.....

Lighten up, Francises. It's just an autograph. It's just as likely as not that he signed the ticket because that's what was handed to him when he was asked.

good thing he left the ticket number visible now we will never know who the ticket was written to ...

Use the search feature.

I'm not saying it's a fake, I'm saying it very well could be.

IIRC, both of JA's arrests were AFTER the date of October, 2005 which is on the ticket.

So even if it IS real, it's not like he's running around AFTER being convicted signing fan's citations.

Like someone else said, if it is real, he probably just signed whatever was put in front of him. Hell, Carl didn't look, did he?

I used site:www.chiefsplanet.com search on google and nothing turned up.

He didn't necessarily sign the ticket at the time the kid got the ticket. Apparently, he signed it last October.

I know we can't really prove this so its a silly argument.

Yeah, he probably did just sign whatever was in front of him. Still funny...

The DAMMIT CARL shirt?

Got that right after he finished an interview with NFL Network at Training Camp last year.

And yes, the shirt was folded over, so he couldn't see the logo......

Wouldn't this signing by Jarred Allen be the the equal with getting Andre Rison to sign your court ordered garnishment for Child Support?

Either way it is worth about as much as the paper it was written on. IMO
