The Outhouse in Lawrence is private institution that can assist her with the $1500 portion of her loan.

What are her views on nude dancing, giving sacrifice stage dances, and possible on the side private dances in the VIP room?

$1,500.00 (or more)

* Planetman does not condone the above example

If Strip Clubs are out of the question, give her a weekend pass to Dennis Hoffs Moonlight Bunny Ranch. She could make a several thousand dollars out there on a given weekend.

Is she hot?

To answer your ?... work study or student loan is probably your best bet.

Have her go to her department and ask about scholarships and fellowships. Our department gives out thousands and thousands of dollars in scholarships every year. I would guess that around 1/3 to 1/2 of our students get some kind of scholarship support, even if it is only $500. One problem is that we take applications and award scholarships in the Spring for the following school year. So she may have to wait until next year to get one. Also the number of scholarships available will vary with the discipline and school. But it sure doesn't hurt to ask.

Her FAFSA should tell her what grants she qualifies for... if any.

It really really helps to fill that out and submit it as soon as they start accepting them. You're way passed that date now though. It depends on how much she makes, and if Papa Boog or anyone else is claiming her for tax purposes, you have to report your income on her FAFSA. If she's on her own it helps with which grants she gets....

Have her go to WSU's financial aid office as well... or look it up online.. and ask them if there are any additional grant apps, work study, etc... They can help a lot.
