Flash... anyone good. REALLY good idea.

I need a flash animator FAST! Someone that's good. I'll be willing to go in on a partnership. My idea, I pay for the website, if it makes money we'll figure out the split or a lump-sum.

Can't define without talking to someone. I figure if it's my capital and my idea, I'm worth the majority, but if that' 60-40, 70-30, 80-20 or a lump-sum payment I don't know. I'm sure that would vary from person to person and also how much that programmer did -- how it looks, how much beyond my concept it goes, etc.

If the programmer put a lot into it, I might be convinced to go a 50-50 split after domain registration and hosting fees were accounted for.
