Ok, so you can pay to have a little chip placed in your pet so you can track them if they are lost or stolen. I know this sounds sort of Orwellian, but is there such a thing available for people. I mean, if an engineering firm was going to sen d guys to Iraq, they would be able to locate them in the even of an abduction by terrorists. You could track your kids so some perv doesnt' take them like the girl in Overland Park last month. Anyway, is there something like this out there or do I need to make my millions starting the first human locating company?
