ST. LOUIS (AP) - Former Blues owner Mike Shanahan Sr., and his son, Mike Shanahan Jr., are scheduled to be arraigned this morning in federal court.

Shanahan Sr. has been charged with 12 felony counts of securities fraud.

The government alleges the Shanahans stole more than $20 million from their former company, Engineered Support Systems by backdating stock options.
