He'll stay on the PUP until he's in shape, wear some pads for a week or two to see if he could earn a spot on the team, and ultimately retire.

He had the dream for a reason. Priest is back and he's going to kick Emily Rose's ass.

If he makes the team, I think he can contribute on the level of a '95 Marcus Allen. everything depends on Priest stat-wise. I don't know if he can hold up, or if he has the desire to play.
If he participated in 16 games, I think he could have 600-900 combined yards with 6-9 TD's.

If priest has any impact on this squad, we're f*cked. This is a guy who hasn't touched a football in a season and a half, and who didn't even realize he had any "desire" to play until a week ago. That's assuming it isn't just a publicity stunt for the HBO cameras, or an attempt to hook on with another team later in the season if a starting back goes down with injury (a la Roger Clemons).
I mean, seriously...do we really want a 34-year old coming off a spinal injury, who didn't decide to play in 2007 until July 23rd, on our team, in any kind of role?!?!
