Nothing better to talk about. I guess it's a seasonal thing, and the Royals may pop out of the cellar anytime now.

I'd say the Chiefs give us more hope for the future but the gap is closing.

If the only thing you could talk about here was the Chiefs how old would that get? This site is full of sports fans... many from the general area of KC... it stands to reason the other team at the Truman Sports Complex will get some attention. Besides, they're actually getting better.

I'd say the Chiefs give us more hope for the future but the gap is closing.
I'm not so sure about that myself. The Chiefs are still led by Carl Peterson. Dayton Moore actually wants to win. I honestly don't expect a Chiefs championship while Carl is still there. I really believe the Royals will be sniffing the playoffs again before the Chiefs do.

The popular opinion is, the Royals will win a World Series again before the Chiefs win another Super Bowl.
