Would you buy a package of just 5 cigarettes. Or smokeless tobacco pouch good for just a couple chews?

May as well just go to your local shop in the ghetto and ask for a "loosey". Careful though, in Las Vegas with your wife, this might get you slapped.

Does inhalation of second hand smoke count?

At one time you could buy single cigarettes
but I thought that had been outlawed

Maybe in your state. They don't do it here in the great state of Washington either. NC did. NY does. I believe CA does too. At least they did in one of those gangster movies I watched. I don't know. You're better off just hitting people up on the street and asking to buy one.

I've been quit almost two years now. Cold turkey is the only way for me. I still get the occasional urge (more for a cigar than a cigarette) but if I had even one of either it would be all over. I either smoke or don't smoke. There is no middle ground.

Peh. I'd kill those 5 smokes in an hour, faster if I was drinking.

I have a friend, who is pretty much a drunk. Who blames the smoking ban in Lawrence for starting smoking again. I guess he had quit for a few years and then the smoking ban hit and he said he couldn't get any second hand smoke so he needed the real thing. Ya

I used to smoke cigarettes when I was younger. I quit when we found out my wife was pregnant with our first child. Every once in awhile, I'll smoke a cigar when I'm drinking a few brews. ;)

I smoke and quit for two years at at time usually.

The last two times I started back was in KC. I visit family, drink and go to the dang casinos every time. :banghead:

I quit smoking for more than 2 years both times. My relatives smoke and I drink when in KC. (Imagine that) The last two visits have been after more than 2 years off being a non smoker.

I am lucky though because I do not have withdrawals when I quit, more of a habit while working from home. I usually go back to working out when I quit so I do not have the usual weight gain-The beer takes care of that..........

I always have a five pack of Black & Milds on hand for when I crack open a Colt 45.

I used to buy an occasional cigar. But I decided that going through the next day feeling like the Polish army had camped in my mouth wasn't worth it. Also, started craving them, leading me to think it could become more than occasional.

But if I wanted a mini tobacco experience, it would definitely be a cigar.

I've never tried any of it, and I most likely never will.
