I smoke occasionally, but don't want it legal, because some people just are way too stupid, and don't need to be able to get their hands on it.

Legalize all drugs. It should be patently obvious by now that the war on drugs is a massively expensive losing battle.

I've known probably a dozen people in my lifetime that have wanted to use drugs. I asked every one of them what was the longest period of time they went between wanting a drug and finding some. Not a one of them ever spent more than 12 hours trying to get their fix. 12 hours. Yeah, the DEA is really on top of it.
