When does the channel usually show in the channel list? Before 7pm?

Heh...I think I completely confused everyone in this thread. I wrote this post in a hurry leaving work, and left out a very important portion. UN-likely. Dammit.

Sorry for all the confusion - I knew that 11801 would be down and was trying to let you know that, but I somehow can't figure out the difference between likely and unlikely.
