Field sobriety tests are such a load of crap. Especially when the suspect ****ing offers to take a blood test or breathalyzer.

That arrest appears to be total BS based on that field sobriety test. That cob was getting off on arresting an athlete. If Boston passes all the other tests I hope this cop is fired or suspended for a good while.

I'd imagine he's required to give the field sobriety tests.

IMO, he didn't do very well in the tests that I saw till the video froze up...didn't count up to nine...didn't have his hands at his sides..didn't keep his head tilted when touching his nose...



did he end up taking the breath/blood test?

he couldn't keep his hands at his side while holding one foot out in front of him, and he wasn't looking at his foot during the test...c'mon, now they use factors that will expose being under the influence...

asleep behind the wheel in traffic? stoned perhaps?

I see this differently. IMO, the cop totally catered to Boston, knowing he was an NFL player. If anyone on this board refused the cops' demands like Boston did, we'd be cuffed immediately. Few cops would put up with the BS Boston was selling. Not sure why so many think Boston was treated so unfairly. If you're innocent, just do what the cop asks, and STFU.

Florida is like a 3rd world country. Their cops horrendous, as bad as they get. Their legal system is totally corrupt. It wouldn't shock me at all if he isn't able to get out of this considering that's the case. That cop is a dick. "Were drifting over here" he said. BS they are right at the top of the line where they started. Floriduh, the come on vacation leave on probation state. I'll never, ever live there again.
