Basically, you use duct tape to secure a 40 to each hand. Because you have 40's taped to each hand, you really can't do anything like piss, clean up after yourself, etc, so you have to drink all of both 40's before you can have the tape removed.

The use of the Cobra is because I actually think it's not a bad malt liquor and because it's named King Cobra, which just cracks me up.
