HAHAH you've got to be kidding me. This can't be real. How would the audience be that retarded for most of them to vote the the sun rotates the Earth. I think they've been reading the bible to much.

I would like simply to say that neither the earth rotates around the sun or the moon rotates around the earth. Both revolve around the larger sphere. Rotation is usually associated with the spin of the planet itself. The question therefore is misleading. We need the French experts to help us with whether this distinction exists in the French language.

Wrong.

The earth ROTATES around the Sun, while making a complete REVOLUTION in 24 hrs.

That's not surprising. The French think that the entire world revolves around Paris.

Um, no. The earth REVOLVES around the Sun and ROTATES on its axis every 24 hrs.
