davies pitching his ass out of a lot of trouble the entire game, and the twins are blowing up with the errors. Overall, fun to listen to.

Good outing by Davies. We need to sweep this doubleheader to finish .500 for the month, and have a third straight month of .500 or better. Also, if we could sweep this four game series, we'd be 3.5 behind the Twins for 3rd place. We don't have to face Santana so the pitching matchups don't look that bad.

good point there tk13, cause it seems that no matter what... we cant quite figure santana out at all. I think we maybe have what, 2 wins against him to 16 losses?

Man would it be nice to get ahead of the twinkies, cause that would get all the fans back out to the stadium next season. Also, it could help us bring in some power hitters, seeing how close we are to being a fairly decent team.

Good win. If we could win tonight, we'd finish August with a 14-14 record. It'd be the first time the Royals had three straight months of .500 or better since 1994.
