Nick At-han's account with Phobia is paid in full. He came through today with a fairly significant chunk of money to pay his debt. He probably didn't have to but he did. I still don't feel good about the way the "partnership" played out at Warpaint but I've gained closure and there are no longer any hard feelings towards Nick. I just felt compelled to share my good fortune. It really helped with the bills this month.

Warpants also predicted that Samie Parker would now be "on sabbatical" serving with the United Nations forces in Darfur.

Next time you have a "squabble" with someone be a big boy and hire a lawyer or a Corsican to take care of the sh*t. I don't know if you will get a quicker resolution, but that might reduce the chances that we will have to hear about it.

Depends. A sliding scale based on zipcode, the merits and the amount in controversy might be appropriate.

Also, the Bar traditionally allows for different "Membership Levels" for any client representation involving Native American themed websites.

Was there a contract rate of interest for the late payments?

Are there facts that justify tort damages and foreseeable harmful effects to you from the dissolution of the partnership?

Be honest, look into your soul and ask the old lady if she has noted any "changes" or "differences." Are those actually and proximately caused by the wrongdoing attributable to this guy.

Do you still have the prescriptions or international shipping receipts?

How much did this guy owe you?

Also, if there was a collective bargaining agreement amongst and between members of the International Brothers and Sisters who Sniff Unlaundered Athletic Supporters, the courts won't touch that.
