I (Chiefs) just beat the Bears with Madden 2008

Both teams had 3 turnovers, we had like 6 sacks (yes, I let Jared Allen start but I was JA so it is automatically handicapped because I stink on the controllers).

LJ rushed for 112 yds and a TD. Chicago couldn't stop LJ running behind a FB inside. He nickled and dimed them for gain after gain. Of course Madden 2008 started Boomer at FB (I think - #43, I know its not Cruz) but it worked like a charm. Huard threw 2 INTs but converted key 3rd and 4th downs.

Among the UNrealities:

Medlock made all his XPs
Rex missed the 2nd and 3rd Qtrs because of injury (all the blitzes)
Griese had a QB rating of 80+

OK, Laugh, I don't blame you, but I would be interested in anyone else who has "war gamed" this contest on Madden 2008.

I played online..Chiefs won 27-10. They only scored a touchdown because of good field position from going for it on 4th down at my 49 yard line.

No INT, 4/6 3rd down converstions. Medlock actually kicked decent field goals.

But I had some good solid picks from Donnie Edwards and Derrick Johnson (If my defense isn't 2 man under it's Cover 2.) Jared Allen had 3 tkls, 1 sack, 1 forced fumble on the sack.

My offense was just average but the D was awesome.

....I should be head coach of the Chiefs...yeah...I said it.
