Peterson promoted Solari not Herm?

I heard stupid ass Jack Harry and the other host state on 810whb that Carl was the one that promoted Solari to OC not Herm.

If this is true this shows why Carl needs to get the **** out.

This is the first I have heard of this and wondering if I missed something?

I agree as well but Harry and his host stated this several times as a fact.
