Unfortunately both Carl and Herm make just as many brain-dead decisions as Al, so it's kind of a wash.

Actually Al Davis is still as sharp as ever. He is just decrepid physically.

I talked to one of the guys he plays poker with in Oakland. He said that he looks like walking death but is actually mentally sound, eccentric but sound.

I still think he cares more about his team winning than how much money they make....which is more than I can say for some teams.
