NFL Primetime was my fav show, I know Tom Jackson and Chris Berman are not liked all that well around here but there was just something that was awesome about that show to me. They went into deep analysis from all of the good plays in a game and the background music ruled.

This new segment which they call "The Blitz" is garbage. Usually you get a tiny little segment showing a few clips of big market team games and then it cuts back to baseball, soccer, or tennis.

I do have NFL network now, and Marshall Faulk and Rod Woodson are cool but I would still love to watch Primetime.

Anyone else miss Primetime?

Here is a zip file of the music.

I never get tired of the music. It should be mandatory anytime an NFL highlight is playing

i hated the primetime music and the show. It got stale 10 years ago. I had to turn it off everytime someone circled the wagons

Not really related to these two shows, but Im finding that I like the show called "Put up Your Dukes" I think it is on the NFL Network. Great show.

Yep...want it back....the Blitz sucks!

The reason it disappeared is because of NBC's "Sunday Night Football in America" show.

I absolutely love NFL Networks Sunday and Monday night coverage shows. Those are my faves.
