They look fantastic. Granted, it's the Vikings this week, but in every game, they've played great. Brett Favre's season is awesome.

They are in the NFC, so yes.

If you can't run the ball, forget it. The Cowboys are what a super bowl team looks like that this point.

Who knows?? But its a heck of a way to send off the "man" Favre.

Favre Vs. his old nemesis the Cowboys in the NFC Championship would be classic.

Absolutely not. Their running backs are f*cking horrible. Horrible.

Dallas' D is still suspect, IMO. Any team could come out of the NFC, it's a shitbath.

No.

Some are saying "NFC so yes". That's not the question.

Super Bowl CALIBER?

No.

They're about to choke this game away. I think you jinxed them.

In the NFC, only the Cowboys look significantly better in the early going. So yes.

What a HUGE mistake for them to get rid of Samkon Gado, he looked like a poor mans Priest Holmes when he played for them.

Shouldn't this type of discussion wait until at least week 6 or 7?

It's silly to call post season contenders this early.

It would be great to see Brett Favre end his career with one more Super Bowl win.

Not at this time.

Dallas is clearly the class of the NFC.

In that conference, yes. They can compete with Dallas.

They wouldn't be one of the 5-6 top teams in the AFC.

They pulled a pretty nice RB out of nowhere, so maybe.

I think so considering the NFC. Really want them to beat Dallas

It's inevitable that it's going to be New England slaughtering Dallas

Genius!

They sure did, with Ryan Grant.

The question still comes down to - as it did earlier - can they beat Dallas?

And there is still home field advantage up in the air. Dallas has two tough road games left - tomorrow they play Carolina. And next week Washington.

Green Bay plays at Chicago on Sunday and next week home against the Lions.

Carolina shouldn't be a prob, unless JS shows up

The NFL picked them to make it to the SB before the season started, as did several Planeteers, if I recall correctly.

There was a thread on the subject some time ago that would be interesting to see again. If memory serves, I believe I selected the Pack as the NFC champion at that time.

Hope the Pack gets there and kicks the shit out of the frickin' Pats .....

I will root for the Pack to win it all. Anyone but the Cowboys or Patriots.

What really sucks is that McCarthy was groomed in KC. Too bad they couldn't keep him around; despite the fact he is a Hackett protogee.
