What I dont understand

I forgot who it was, but it was the LT in the first half, Perry I belive? But he got a flag for lining up in the backfield, then the very next play he did the same thing, the announcers were talking about it. I mean, he is a professional football player, how can he not know where to lineup? We learn that in junior high.

So why was Terry in? I didn't see Turley go down or did he get benched? It wasn't a rotational thing cause I watched and never seen Turley come back in.
