Denver has the toughest 3 game stretch of the AFCW.

San Diego's got the softest patch in front of them.

The Chiefs are taking on two solid teams and a playoff contender. Denver's at home but they'll be at home against three playoff contenders. Oakland's got a couple nasty road games and the Chiefs.

I think we can outpace the Donks and Raiders over the next four weeks, but I think San Diego will have caught up with us by then.

Yes, but the way this division looks so could the Pop Warner team that practices behind my house.

The next three games are all "winnable" for us. The outcome will tell us how good this team really is.

Wow looks like things are shaping up nicely. It's still a long season though.

Think longer-term. We have a legitimate chance to go from 0-2 to 7-5 or 8-4. 6 of the next 8 games are at Arrowhead. Have a trip to Oakland in 3 weeks, and a trip to Indy in mid-November.

Everything else, from now until December 9th at Incestco, is at home.

We could really go on a run...

Tonight was soft as well.

14 points as well underdog.

This is the NFL.

That has change. LJ had 123 yards today.

And this is why I loved our schedule. I thought if we could go 2-2 in both the beginning and end stretches, we'd have a good shot this year. That middle patch is fantastic.

We lost in Houston, but won today, so we're right where I thought we'd be, just traveled a different path.

Thanks a heck of a lot for sending the wake up call to the Chargers today. That's all we needed.

Not counting week 4 ... odd.

Not counting week 4 ... odd.

They're counting it all now & it does make the AFCW runners look better - all in the top 20 & look how close LJ, LT, & Fargas are:

#1 433 yards, Travis Henry, Denver
#2 424 yards, LaMont Jordan, Oakland
#16 263 yards, Larry Johnson, Kansas City
#17 262 yards, LaDainian Tomlinson, San Diego
#18 261 yards, Justin Fargas, Oakland

And they will all stay in the top 20. I could see us having 4 top 10 RB's this year once LJ and LT start rolling.

Haha He figured we would have a W at houston and a L at Chargers.

That would make us 2-2 as well

Bummer is... LaMont Jordan, the league's #2 rusher (just 9 yards behind Henry) might get placed on injured reserve. X-rays were negative, but his back hurts. After the bye, Dominic Rhodes can be activated and Kiffin must decide whether to activate running back Michael Bush from the Physically Unable to Perform list or put him on injured reserve. Word is that Bush has been working out hard & is looking good.

Might be safer to go with Rhodes, Bush & Fargas if Jordan's back keeps acting up. But using the Broncos ZBS, it looks like it doesn't matter who we run through the line. Jordan went for 74 & hurt his back, Justin Fargas took over & went for another 169 (it was only Miami). But we might continue to do OK with Bush & Rhodes replacing Jordan.

You must separate my personal and professional opinions. :D
