The Cowboys worked out former Kansas City Chiefs defensive tackle Junior Sivaii here at Valley Ranch, possibly still in search of nose tackle depth with Jason Ferguson (biceps) out for the season.

Sivaii, a former second-round pick of the Chiefs, played in 26 games from 2004-05 and was released prior to the 2006 season.

Wow, after a year out of football, and how awful he was here, Dallas is willing to give him a workout. There have to be better options available.

Siavii has never "worked out" in any sense of the phrase.

They signed Tank Johnson, a one-gap penetrator to play the nose for them. They're desperate.

I wish him luck. I met him last week at work and he looked really fit. Actually I was surprised at how small he looked. He seemed like a really nice guy. I didn't ask him much about the Chiefs, but basically he said he was hoping to catch on somewhere else, but for the time being KC was his home.

I thought Siavii was on a South Pacific island eating pigs out of the ground. Screw that fat ****.

Just wondering Mr Duke, if you have a distaste for black people.

Er... why are the pigs in the ground?

Thats the traditional way of cooking a whole pig over there...dig a hole. lay in a layer of coals, cover that with leaves, put the pig in & put leaves on pig & then cover with more coals, leaves & dirt.

Sort of a Samoan Dutch oven.

This will be ONE gamble that Jerry Jones will live to regret...& if Spithood DOES become something down there, then F.U!!!!!! - Why didnt you do it here??????

Maybe, but if he's not mental - I bet it works out. Phillips knows defense.

The only reason they contacted Siavii was because Ryan Sims was taken.

Tank Johnson is a nose tackle. That's what he played for the Bears too.

According to Vermeil, Jr. has huge hands and a class five injury rating (whatever the fook that is). Too bad Vermeil didn't realize he was gutless.
