first im confused why would it be they might forfeit the game?
why hasn't the ncaa made them forfeit all 4 wins?
haha what a way for my irish to get their first win.
The NCAA any other time has always acted quick on these things
and usually are very harsh but why would they only forfeit one game
if he played in 4 illegaly?

Michigan to forfeit Penn St. win?

Penn State might end Michigan's winning streak over the Nittany Lions with a forfeit after Michigan reported using an ineligible player in four games this season, including that 14-9 win at Ann Arbor. Michigan athletic director Bill Martin made an announcement at halftime of Michigan's game this past Saturday that freshman defensive back Artis Chambers would not play again because of an eligibility issue, which was the fault of the AD's department, not coach Lloyd Carr. Chambers had played in four games on special teams, including against Penn State.

They don't need to forfeit all 4 games because they lost the other two straight up.

Well, for starters, they didn't win 4 games. If you already lost, it is pointless to forfeit.

The article I posted says he didn't travel to play at Northwestern, so that game wouldn't be forfeited.

20 years from now i will sit and tell my kids about my beloved Irish when they beat Michigan in the big Rivalry 2-0 in great defensive game.

It'll probably up our points per game average.
