But seriously... is there any team that stands a chance of beating the Colts or the Patriots come playoff time? What are the odds that we see a Super Bowl champion that is not one of these two teams?

Is it a Norwegian Blue parrot? So the team that can beat them is just resting?

Maybe it's the Chiefs

Those 2 teams are on a completely different level. No other team comes close. SD has the talent to compete with them but not the coaching or heart. Dallas is a distant 3rd IMO.

Keep ****ing doubting Tony Romo.

Some day, the mainstream media will realize how great Tony Romo is, and then we'll hear about Tony Romo on a daily basis!

I don't think so. Barring massive injuries, it's another NE or IND SB win. :banghead:

NE seems like the SB bound team.

Colts.... repeat? I doubt it.

NFC? nobody really seems that dominant.

Anything can happen. A lot of people around here DO NOT believe that.

NE has the most trouble against the Broncos, Colts and Dolphins. Dolphins won't make the postseason, so there is a shot they could lose to the Colts and/or Broncos (if they make it).

Indy often has trouble with Jax.

Indy also has trouble with Titans too, heck Gunther knows how to rattle them pretty good. Look at our last two games with them. He learned that from his Titans days.

We will piss pound the Patriots into submission in the AFC championship game, I called it here first.

I agree with this. And I think the only injuries that could affect Indy or the Pats run is Brady or Manning.

Both those teams are 1 injury away from disaster Brady and Manning ARE those teams. Anything can happen.

I think this is the first year since those Niners/Cowboys years in the early 90's where the whole season was pretty much predictable from week 1. It's gonna take injuries to knock somebody down a peg.

Anything can happen, but the Pats and Colts just seem to be at a different level from the start. I think it's gonna be hard to pull off a road upset over both of them in consecutive weeks.

I think a power running team with the right game plan could beat both NE and Indy.

Anything can happen; both teams are a QB injury away from slipping back to the pack, especially Indy.

The Patriots are the best team I've seen since at least the '94 49ers (with Deion).

The Pats have been playing without Seymour, scary.

They usually have great game plans, which is why I'd be shocked if they ever stepped on their dick the way Marty did last year.

Indy is vulnerable still because their D can be exploited. But those two are a cut above of the rest.

I think Dallas may be good enough this year to at least give us an entertaining superbowl.

Anyone that says they knew Pitt would win the super bowl after 9-7 is full of $#it. No one thought they had a chance.

And they won UGLY. All year long.

Interesting stat, but this is the NFL & they are hangin' 30+ on everyone so far.

The pats have become like the "Greatest Show on Turf", except with a top D.

They are crazy good.

If you are referring to a couple years ago, Pittsburgh finished with a record of 11-5. Yeah, the AFC was so good that 11-5 got you the last seed.
