Actually LJ 5/19 is pretty bad. They should work harder to get him more involved in the passing game.

Why Wilson has 11 catches or even 11 throws his way is beyond me. I've never seen a FB be so involved in an offense.

Sippio is next year's project (if we are able to hold on to him). Call it a gut feeling, but I think when it's all said and done he will end up being closer to Bowe than to the wormdancer we used to have.

I should have phrased my post differently. I should have said "as little as they throw to him."

Ignorance is unacceptable. Sippio has not been given any playing time except on special teams, and has not had one pass thrown his way.

CLEARLY, throwing to our RBs is useless. Something the scheme is badly broken. Priest made a living catching passes.

Didn't Kimble Anders used to lead the team in catches? Or am I making that up?

Possibly. But having a FB be that involved in the offense other than blocking and the occasional pass/run play isn't a good way to go. Especially when you have TG & Bowe on the field.

I know for a fact I shouldn't see Wilson streaking down the sideline for a long pass....
