2. Tell us which team you think is going to win the world series
3. Tell us How many games it will take for the winning team to win (ex. 4,5,6,7)
4. Tell us what the final score of the final game will be
5. Tell us your ship to information

The winning information does not need to be perfect. The most accurate wins! The Grand Slam Sampler will be shipped within 1 week after the final game of the World Series. We will contact you via email to let you know you're the lucky winner, and that your cheese will be shipping shortly.
