Chargers will take this division no problem. We'll go 9-7 and get the 25th pick in the draft. And do it again next year!!!!!!!!!!! CP and his staff will be here another 5 years.

I think the Chargers will run away with the division now that they are untracked.

Beat two shitty teams (Broncos and Raiders) doesn't mean they are untracked.

Just think if we still had DV, and by divine intervention we somehow didn't have the same horrible defense we had every season DV was coach. Oh man we would be great!

They are not just winning, they are crushing them. Stomps are the mark of a strong team. Gutting out a tough win is susceptible to a few plays going the other way. Stomps matter, guts don't.

Also, I guess DV would have needed a fountain of youth, or at least a time machine, to keep our O-line from going to hell. God knows he wouldn't have drafted anyone to replace Roaf or Shields.

While I loathe the Raiders, shouldn't we be rooting for them? I think we can all agree, we could (if necessary) catch the Faiders easier than the Eggos. A SD loss today would give them 4. Ah, maybe they can both lose. ROFL

Oakland might have 50 yards passing next week. They can't pass against SD who has an AWFUL secondary.

Previous winners are Charlie Frye (2006) and Jeff Garcia (2005).

Why do you even post on here? You do nothing but badmouth the Chiefs and pile on big time when things aren't going well. Don't feed us this bullshit about being objective. No wonder you don't see many trolls on this board Mecca does their work for them.

Nobody gives a shit if what you're saying is the truth. You're not a ****ing rhodes scholar. It's blatantly obvious that we aren't very good. The point is, you come on here, do nothing but bad mouth the Chiefs, and then get your butt hurt when people respond that you're a piece of shit. You can't have your cake and eat it too Nancy. If you want to state the obvious, at least the obvious that no one wants to hear, don't be surprised to be called a douchebag. You may as well get over it, it's not going to stop.

I agree. Which is why you've never heard me say it. I don't care that you come on and state the obvious. I know it, you know it, we all know it. What bugs me, is that you get butt hurt when people who can't even spell douchebag call you one. Who gives a shit? Get over it. You have to know it's coming. You're on a Chiefs board, telling Chiefs fans that their team is shit. What do you expect?

The first point, I disagree.

The second point, my wife's a Chiefs fan, and I would prefer.... TMI.

However, watch out six weeks from now. Oakland is the team to beat in the AFCW, and we have to do it, both games.

To be honest I think a good majority of this league is bad......There's the couple elite teams, a couple good teams then everyone is blah to awful..the Chiefs are closer to blah than awful but that isn't something to strive to be.

There's a statement I can agree with. Parity is not a good thing this year in this league. Everyone sucks, except the Cowboys, Pats, Indy, and Green Bay.

Well your calling this a wasted season but I think the defense took a big step up today. Carson Palmer is still a damn good QB and we were very effective at making numerous stops on third down when Cincy was threatening. Chad Johnson and Houshmanzada were neutralized for most of the game.

Houshmanzadeh had what 130 yards and 2 TD's......if that is neutralized, I'd hate to see what breaking out is.

Let's take steps on both sides of the ball. That is the only way we'll catch NE or Indy in a few years.

Offense is worse than in 2005 and worse than in 2006. It's going the wrong direction.

Pretty much the whole offense needs replaced aside from a couple of guys, that includes backups...

Defense is still missing some pieces also...

I said for the most part. You take away that touchdown at the beginning of the game and that TD when we were basically playing prevent and I'd say the majority of the game we were able to slow him down. Cincinnati is a bad team but they still have a lot of weapons on offense.
