As bgrn and I were discussing some of our favorite trolls, the dark side's admin decided that it was time to drop the ploy and reveal his true intentions, a one week avatar bet. The rules are simple, if the Chiefs win, he gets the honor of having a bright crisp KC Chiefs logo as an avatar on his site. Oh, but if he loses, morphius is stuck with the, gag, raiders shield for a week.

Huard's rating for the season is 83.9, I'll spot you 3 points for the OAK/KC game.
So if Huard's rating is over 80.9, then you win.
If it's under 80.9, I win.
If it is 80.9 it's a draw.
Here's the bet:
If you win, then I will use a pic of Huard as my avatar and use the comment above the pic "My Hero"
If I win, you do the same, except with a pic of Croyle.
Game?
I guess if you welch, we'll know that you and GoChiefs really are the same poster, but I don't think that's true.

I think this game will be close and a determination of the rest of the season because it is on the road against an AFCW team.
Chiefs win and they are in good shape with 2 wins on the road against division rivals.
Chiefs lose and it allows SD to catch up next week with a long time until they play again.

You know it's funny, often, myself included, people take football entirely too serious. I try to respect somebody's love for their team (even if it is the donks.) Thankfully, you'll come across a polite poster from time-to-time on the other side of the fort. If you go to the Mane you'll see my posts are usually overly respectful. I just don't feel the need to think of another fan of the opposing team as scum. Does this mean I don't scream at the TV set when we look like crap? well no... I just try to keep everything in perspective. *shrug*
