before you laugh ive gotten 75/103 correct this year.

and while NE D/O is awesome this year, i believe washington has the horses to beat them. the skins backfield is the best in the nfl.

I haven't been watching the Skins this year, but what I HEAR is they are dramatically improved.

How is the defense? They were a sieve last year. Are they better. More importantly, can they handle 5 wides?

I think the weak link in all this is Campbell. Bellicheck destroys young QB's. He's creative and does crazy shit. Also, his players can be pretty dirty. They have A LOT of late hits. If Saunders can prepare Campbell for that, and the defense can handle 5 wides, its possible. Those two factors seem to be where NE beats everybody.

On a personal note, I would love to see the Patriots get murdered. When they were up by 28 points on the Dolphins, and tried to run a trick play to get in the endzone, that was pretty low. Being up by "only" 35 points at half IS running up the score, I don't care if that cocksmoker was "at the game" it is running up the GD score. I hope whichever corner is on Moss smokes him the hell out of bounds ever play and somebody gets in Brady's face sometime during the game.

I would rather have that cocksmoker running up the score as the Chiefs coach then the puppet and his band of retarded monkeys that is currently running the show...

If you recall, Steve Spurrier and the Redskins were the last team to defeat the Patriots during the 2003 season, on route to their victory in Super Bowl XXXVIII. They beat them at FedEx Field during week 4 of that season.

It sounds wild.... but at this point almost any team not named the Colts that beats them is gonna be a shock. I still think they're gonna lose a game somewhere.

What backfield is the best? The Skins secondary?

Sorry, but their secondary is the most overrated in the NFL. Landry makes dumb rookie mistakes, Carlos Rogers is vastly overrated. Taylor is finally playing up to par, but that's it.

I think the undefeated team with the more difficult game this week may well be the Colts. Just depends on how far Vinny can get without his walker.

To play it safe though, I didn't bet on Washington to win outright. I just bet they'd cover the 16.5 point spread. :cuss:

The Patriots may well lose along the way, but you can't look down their schedule and predict a loss to anyone. There are no teams in the NFL that they should not beat.

It turns out that there was just a typo. What mohillbilly really said was not "The skins will beat the pats." He really said, "The skins will be at the pats." And that they were. Nice prediction, mohillbilly.
