Dude knows his NBA better than ANYONE, but he knows JACK about football. JUST TWO WEEKS ago he claimed KC would never find its way out of the 'Art Shell Division' (what he uses at the worst 5 teams in football), he ranked us the WORST team in his week 1 picks and we've been no higher than #26 all year long AND NOW SUDDENLY we're #10.

Dude has been on Herm EVERY week in his picks and suddenly he moves us up 16 spots ONE week after he claimed we 'stunk' and we'd never be out of the 'Art Shell Division'....

I'm so sick of Boston that it is making me resent Bill Simmons and the guy is probably the best sports writer on the planet.

He had us at something like 15th-16th last week, if I remember right. He said we were due for a Herm-clock management loss, but also said Herm might have pulled one of the greatest con jobs of all time making us all think the coaching staff and team were inept on Hard Knocks. Something to that effect.

Which is funny, because we've had maybe ONE of those (Denver last year) over the course of his 24 games here.

Dude, who have you been reading all these years, he knows nothing about the NBA. He basically writes things from a biased Celtics fan's perspective, which is all well and good because you know what you're going to get when you read him, but how that makes him the "best sports writer on the planet" I'm not sure.

However the funny thing is, he was basically ready to give up on the Celtics as a fan after they lost the draft lottery.
