I'd say no way except for the Herm connection, and as I recall he was pretty high on Chad...

...but if this move happened, I would think it would be to the 3rd QB spot and then PS or cut Thigpen...I just don't see them replacing Huard sans injury this season with another vet...

I see him actually going to the Vikings. The Vikings have to realize that either Travarious Jackson sucks...or he needs a couple years of grooming to become a starter. Pennington would work to fill that role.

If your talking about me I could only wish! I don't make anything close to their salaries and the perks would be heaven.(tickets & getting paid to watch a game :toast:

That's what I was thinking, probably just something some sportswriter pulled out of his ace, like all of those who were saying Favre was a natural fit here.

I had not heard of it before, and it does sound believable but I agree (pray) that it won't happen.
