Trick I learned in the Army was just just powder the area with medicated foot powder.

This saves you the hassle of having to deal with 2 treatments because chances are you got the jock itch from your feet.

The best way to avoid this problem is to wear shower shoes when you aren't at home. The next best way is to dry your nuts BEFORE you dry your feet. That way you aren't transferring the fungus from your feet to your balls via the towel.
